According to Jaworski (1994: 83) teaches mathematics is not easy because we still see students who have difficulties in learning mathematics. While on the other hand, we find the fact that it is not easy for educators to change the style of learning (Dean, 1982: 32).While we are required, as educators, to constantly adjust our teaching methods in accordance with the demands of changing times (Alexander, 1994: 20).
In order for students to feel happy and motivated in learning mathematics, teachers
need to realize the learning paradigm shift. That is changing the traditional learning methods into a progressive learning method. As for the things that need to be changed, among others:

2. Transmission Development => knowledge of cognition
3. Authoritarian => Democratic
